CWGC Tours 2026 - Hamilton (Bent) Cemetery

Join the Commonwealth War Graves Commission for a free tour of Hamilton (Bent) Cemetery, led by one of our experienced volunteer tuor guides.

MEETING POINT is inside cemetery gates on Bent Road.
With plenty of opportunty for questions and discussion, you will learn about the work of the CWGC and hear the remarkable stories of some of the forty seven who died in the two world wars and are buried in the cemetery.
The tour lasts approx. 90 minutes and covers about 600 metres on paths and grass with uneven ground.
Limited parking is available on site. There are no on-site facilities and toilets. Please bring water if required.
Please dress for the weather and wear suitable footwear.
Well behaved dogs on a lead are welcome in the cemetery.
Please note there can be last minute cancellations. This can be due to various reasons including illness, site issues and weather. We will email you as soon as we can, but this could include the morning of the tour, so please check your emails prior to leaving for the tour.
