CWC Harvest Auction - Black Tie and Bleachers

A favorite CWC tradition returns with the 2026 Harvest Auction, Black Tie and Bleachers, on Friday, September 18.
This annual event brings our CWC community together for an evening of fellowship, food, and generous support for Christ-centered education. Guests may dress in their best or keep it casual with a favorite tuxedo T-shirt.
Silent Auction viewing and appetizers begin at 4:00 PM. Dinner is served from 4:30–6:30 PM, and the Signature Live Auction begins at 6:30 PM. Meal tickets are $20 in advance or $25 at the door. Registration is free, and guests may attend without purchasing a meal. Please be sure to RSVP to get your bidder number!
Online bidding opens Sunday, September 13, and closes Friday, September 18, at 9:00 PM. You can attend in person, bid online, or do both.
