About this Event
Ron Burback is the Financial Center Leader at the Bradenton Main office of Hancock Whitney Bank. Hancock Whitney is a one stop for all deposit accounts including trust, estate, minor, or interest-bearing accounts with competitive rates. Hancock Whitney also offers a full range of lending options on the retail side including unsecured loans and lines of credit, Home Equity Lines of Credit, and lot loans for clients who may want to purchase the lot but are not ready to build. Ron is proud to work for a financial institution that is a regional bank yet provides community bank service with direct access to your local banker.
Ron has chosen the Elks Feeding Empty Little Tummies 501c3 organization as the non-profit organization to receive our charitable contribution this month. E.F.E.L.T. (Elks Feeding Empty Little Tummies) is a dedicated, all-volunteer 501(c)(3) non-profit organization committed to providing weekend meals and snacks to children facing homelessness and food insecurity in Manatee County. Since their inception on January 6, 2011, we’ve partnered with local Elks Lodges and the Manatee County School System to ensure that no child goes hungry during weekends.

Connectors With a Cause was founded in 2022 and was born from a passion to support local businesses and our community. We are a closed networking group, only allowing one member per industry classification. Our objectives are to grow each other’s businesses with quality referrals, to add value by providing services for each other’s clients, and to bless others in the community through giving opportunities. We have open positions in many industry classifications and welcome the opportunity to help new members grow their businesses.
We meet twice per month. Our 2nd Wednesday meetings are on Zoom and follow a structured agenda for networking and passing referrals. Our 4th Tuesday meetings are our in person CWC Cause Nights. Our CWC Cause Nights are held at rotating locations in Manatee and Sarasota counties on the 4th Tuesday of each month from 5:30 to 7:30 pm. The Cause Nights are open networking meetings, with charitable giving supporting different causes each month. Membership fees are $50/month, with half of the fees going towards blessing others in the community each month.
