A community awareness, student-based nonprofit organization, Hearts for Humanity, is hosting an event to bring awareness to pediatric cancer. The event will feature free haircuts by cosmetology students, as well as other services such as manicures, tattoos, friendship bracelets, and hair tinsel for sale. 50% of the money raised will be donated to the Pediatric Cancer Association of the Lehigh Valley. Hair donations will be accepted, and all hair raised will be donated to Wigs for Kids.
