Join us for Cute Tea and Yoga with Tommy, by Meet Cute!
Yoga is for every body! As a certified yoga teacher, Tommy focuses on regulating the mind and body through accessible movement and the balanced principles of Ayurveda. His classes create a safe, inclusive space where community can slow down, reset, and find some calm in the chaos. Come for the movement, stay for the vibes. This one-hour class will include breathwork, movement, rest, and time for reflection. All experience levels and bodies welcome.
After class with Tommy, stay for a Cute Tea social by Meet Cute! There will be various delicious tea options, space to lounge, and connect with community members.
Meet Cute creates fun and safe ways to make connections of all kinds within CNY’s queer community. Allies are welcome!

A few things to note:
• We offer a sliding scale fee for this yoga class. Please choose the fee that feels both accessible and generous for you. If the lowest listed cost is not accessible for you, please email [email protected].
• Folks are welcome to join for the Cute Tea Social only, beginning after class at 2:15pm. There is no cost to participate. Teas are available for purchase.
• For yoga class: please bring your own yoga mat (if you have one), water bottle, journal and pen/pencil. Props and extra yoga mats are available for use during class.
• The yoga studio and apothecary (where the Cute Tea Social takes place) are located up one flight of stairs. There is no elevator. Please reach out if you have questions.
• Bathrooms are individual and all gender.
