We’re back with a fresh take on one of our most-loved events. This is your moment to come out of hibernation, check in with yourself, and decide where you want to focus your energy as we move into spring and summer.
No big life overhauls. Just planting a few meaningful seeds.
What We’re Doing
- A guided spring check-in using a simple “wheel of life” reflection
- Choosing one or two areas of life to focus on this season
- Creating a focused, intentional vision board (not overwhelming, we promise)
- A calm mix of reflection, creativity, and practical next steps

Paola from Isle Thrive Coaching
Paola brings a calm, grounding approach that helps you reflect without pressure. She’ll guide the reflection and visualisation, keeping things supportive, practical, and very real.
