On Sunday, October 25th, HOME by NO RSVP presents CUT FROM THE SAME CLOTH, a hands-on sewing workshop with legendary Miami seamstress Countess Brown.
Japanese denim. Custom cuts. Buttons. Zippers. The whole nine.
We’re taking it back to the fundamentals of streetwear. The days of cutting patterns, sourcing fabrics, studying the details, and figuring out how to turn a vision into something you can actually wear.
For four hours, you’re the designer.
Under the guidance of Countess Brown, guests will learn the art of working with Japanese denim while creating their very own custom denim pants and matching tote bag. From the first cut to the final stitch, you’ll get a firsthand look at the craftsmanship behind the clothes we love.
Never touched a sewing machine? Even better.
We’re supplying the denim, hardware, equipment, and everything in between. You bring the imagination. Whatever you create goes home with you.
And because this is Miami, we’re doing things our way. Good music from our selector, drinks flowing, and a room full of people who understand that style has always been about more than what you wear.
