It's not just celebrating the New Year, it's celebrating YOU! Our amazing customers, who support us through thick and thin, have cheered for us, urged us on and propped up the bar.
New Year's Eve 2025 is about YOU, and we have 10 awards to present to 10 lucky people on the night!
The categories are:
1) Regular of the year
This customer is part of the furniture; their glass is never empty, their seat is always warm
2) The Best (worst) dancer
This customer never fails to clear (or fill!) the dancefloor
3) The Tall Tales and Banter
Every pub needs a storyteller, and we're not saying their stories aren't true but they improve with every pint...
4) The Spillage specialist
This award celebrates the customer who has kept our mop and bucket busy all year
5) The karaoke King/Queen
This award goes to the person who never met a song they couldn't absolutely murder (or maybe occasionally nail!)
6) The last to leave
The customer who's seen more closing times than us
7) Unsung hero
For the quiet legend who's helped clear up, host the quiz and generally been an incredible human
8 ) Iron liver award
For the unflappable drinker who somehow never looks hungover
9) Comeback Kid
For the customer who swore they were "never drinking again"..and was back again the next day
10) Quiz team of the year
The team, who come rain or shine, appear on a Wednesday with a host of random knowledge and a great sense of humour
Nominations welcome, awards ceremony will take circa 20 - 30 minutes.
