We’ll break down how construction loans work, including one-time and two-time close options, and explain what Realtors and their clients should expect from land acquisition through construction, final mortgage financing, home delivery, and warranty.

Realtors will also receive a Build on Your Lot marketing strategy they can use independently to generate new clients. Agents will also learn about opportunities to participate in our referral program and receive leads through approved marketing partnerships.
