This course will teach brokers about the custom home process, the due diligence to complete when helping buyers purchase a lot, and the financing options available. It will help you better serve your clients while assisting them in the custom home building process.

Taught by Dakota Shafer and Kara Baretich with G.J. Gardner Homes, and Bryan Emrick with Central Bank.
