Custom Cheese Knife and Cutting Board with Matthew Parkinson

In this one day introductory class students will learn to forge and finish a stainless steel cheese knife. These 304 stainless steel knives make great gifts, especially when coupled with a custom cutting board. Students will have the chance to wood burn and finish their own cutting board as part of the class for the perfect Christmas charcuterie set!

You must be 18 years or older to attend this class.

Refund Policy: Students who withdraw from a class up to two weeks before the class are eligible for a full refund less any transaction fees.

Additional Information:

• The class breaks for an hour lunch. You are welcome to bring your lunch or plan to grab something at one of the many local lunch spots. The instructor will be able to assist. Also, plan to bring a water bottle - classes are physically demanding.
• Wear appropriate clothing, preferably cotton, and close toed leather shoes or boots.
• Safety glasses will be provided. Gloves are available but not recommended.
