Cashflow is the annual pro development event from Curls, Coils & CIC — built for stylists and beauty brand founders who are done with inspiration and ready for information that will help them to build a sustainable business. No panels for the sake of it. No generic advice. Just the real conversations that move a business forward.

This year's theme is Build it to last - and every session is chosen with that in mind.

This year Cashflow gets into the business of textured hair properly. We're covering:

• Money: What your numbers are actually telling you, how to read your real P&L, and how to price, separate your finances and start building a business that sustains you — not just a chair you rent.
• The law: What it actually means to be licensed and certified, why it matters commercially, and how to protect yourself, your clients and your brand from day one. In partnership with LCBT and the Legal Storyteller.
• The science of what you put on hair: A deep dive into scalp health and trichology — understanding what's happening at the root, and how it should inform the way you diagnose, treat and recommend product.
• Product formulation: The honest conversation about what goes into making a product that works — ingredients, claims, what "clean" really means, and what founders actually need to know before they launch.
• The future of this industry: Where textured hair education is heading, why regulation matters, and what the next generation of stylists needs from the people already in the room.

Every attendee receives a curated toolkit booklet - a practical, take-home resource you can act on all year.

You'll also leave with a goodie bag put together specifically for business owners and stylists - not generic freebies, but products that actually serve the work you do.
