Yes, you read it right, Curling! We'll show you the ropes, teach you the rules and give you a chance to play the Olympic sport.About this Event
This is your chance to try out the sport of curling! Come down to the Mid-South Ice House where the Mid-South Curling Club will teach you how to sweep, how to throw stones and how to put a stone on the button.
We'll spend the 1st hour of the class teaching you the basics of curling and getting everyone acclimated to sweeping and throwing stones. Then we'll finish the night with a friendly game between the groups.
All you need to bring is closed toe shoes (no sandals).
It can get chilly on the ice so dress accordingly.
