This introductory workshop is designed specifically for people who are completely new to past life regression and want to experience it in a comfortable, supportive environment before deciding whether to explore it further.
Rather than committing to a full private session, you'll have the opportunity to experience a guided introduction that combines light hypnosis, guided meditation, and visualization.
The purpose isn't to convince you of anything. It's simply to give you an opportunity to experience the process for yourself and decide whether this is something you'd like to explore more deeply.

During the evening, you will:
• Learn what past life regression is and how the process works
• Experience a gentle guided journey using relaxation, visualization, and light hypnosis
• Notice whatever thoughts, images, emotions, or insights naturally arise
• Have an opportunity to ask questions afterward
No previous experience is necessary.
You remain aware throughout the experience and are always in control. Everyone's experience is unique. Some people experience vivid imagery, while others simply enjoy a deeply relaxing meditative state. There is no "right" way to experience the process.
This workshop is intended as a first step for those who are curious and would like to discover whether a full one-on-one past life regression session may be of interest.
