Curio Wine School: Non-Alcoholic Beers & Wines (That Don’t Suck)
“Non-alcoholic” today often means beverages containing from 0.0 up to 0.5% ABV, the same threshold used for kombucha and most non-alcoholic beers. In this class, we’ll explore well-made non-alcoholic beers alongside dealcoholized wines and wine-inspired alternatives that prioritize flavor, structure, and drinkability. We will also explore what to consider when purchasing these non-alcoholic options.

Curio classes are designed for everyone, whether you are new to the world of wine or a wine expert. We will explore and discover new aspects of wine together. Classes are held in the Curio Wine Bar’s Wine Cellar, which is accessed down a flight of stairs. Everyone attending need to be 21 and over (this also pertains to infants and children).
