The Curative Investor Meetup is a monthly gathering designed to do something simple: elevate the people and knowledge that don't get enough attention in mainstream real estate circles.
Curative investing changed our lives. The framework, the mindset, the deals — we didn't find it in a seminar hall or a YouTube ad. We found it through people who were willing to share what they knew.
This is our attempt to pay that forward. Every month, we'll bring in operators, educators, and practitioners who are doing real work in curative title, probate, heirship, and distressed real estate — and create a space where that knowledge spreads.
