Join us at Archive for a relaxed introduction to the world of coffee cupping, hosted by Casa Coffee Roasters.

We’ll explore what a cupping is, why we use it in the coffee industry, and how it helps us understand and assess coffee. Nathan from Casa will be bringing a selection of different coffees to taste together, using them to explore origins, processing methods, harvesting and the impact these have on flavour.

Expect plenty of smelling, tasting, comparing and chatting. No coffee experience needed! Just come along with an open mind and a curious palate.

A chance to taste some great coffees, learn a little more about where they come from, and see coffee from a different perspective.
