In honour of International Women’s Day, we’re creating a gentle, welcoming space for women in our community to pause, breathe, and feel supported.
This is not a loud event.
Not a networking room.
Not a productivity workshop.
It’s a soft landing for women who are tired.
What to Expect
🐾 Calm, gentle time with our wellbeing dogs
🧘♀️ A guided meditation designed especially for burnt-out women
☕ Complimentary hot drinks
🤍 A safe, supportive and pressure-free space
Whether you’re juggling work, caring responsibilities, health challenges, family life, or simply feeling overwhelmed - this afternoon is for you.
You are welcome exactly as you are.
🎟 Tickets – Pay What You Can
This session is offered on a pay-what-you-can basis, with a minimum £5 donation to help cover hall hire.
If you are in a position to give more, a contribution of £8–£12 would help us continue delivering accessible dog-assisted wellbeing sessions within our community.
Any remaining funds will go directly to supporting the work of Pause With Paws CIC.
No pressure. No judgement. Just community.

• There is no obligation to speak or share.
• This is a women-centred space focused on rest, not performance.
