Join us for an afternoon of fitness, fun, and free health screenings as part of our Keep TX Healthy campaign.

Think youāve got the moves? For every minute you jump rope, you earn a raffle ticket toward a Dinner for Two at one of Lubbockās favorite local restaurants! Get active and get rewarded. š“ā¤ļø

š©ŗ Free Health Screenings: Know your numbers! Our medical team (assisted by CMA students from Premier High School) will provide complimentary blood pressure checks and heart health guides.
ā Warm Hearts Cocoa Bar: Warm up with free hot chocolate or coffee while you chat with our team.
šØ Valentineās Craft Station: A fun space for the kiddos to create Valentineās cards for family or local seniors.
š„ Meet the Team: Get to know the doctors and nurses dedicated to keeping our neighborhood safe.
COST: Completely FREE and open to the public! RSVP: No RSVP requiredājust show up with your heart-healthy spirit.
