As well as instruction on making cupcakes & buttercream, you'll get pro tips and cupcake hacks from Sonya. Amongst other things, Sonya has demonstrated to hundreds of people at Hampton Court for Kirstie Allsop's The Handmade Fair and trained staff from Hobbycraft & Lakeland to decorate cakes.
The excellent facilities at Houlton School mean you have your own workstation to decorate your own cupcakes. All ingredients & lots of help provided. Dairy Free or Vegan can be catered for. Disabled access and facilities available. Under 12's require adult supervision.
Please bring an apron and any questions you may have!
