The Experience

Led by Iyanga Intelez, this guided sound journey incorporates sound bowls and other immersive tones to quiet the noise and bring you back to center. As the experience unfolds, many people leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and more connected to themselves in a way that carries beyond the session.

Bring a mat, pillow, or blanket, whatever helps you feel comfortable. You’ll have the option to lie down or sit, and chairs will be available.

This is a shared community experience. You are entering a space where people come not only to reset, but to feel held in community. There is a quiet understanding in the room that we are all navigating something, and for this moment, we do it together.
