Purpose: 

• Showcase leaders who've committed to long-term change in their field
• Inform more people of the positive progress that's been made locally and regionally
• Co-create a clarified vision of what a brighter end of the tunnel would look like
• Strengthen relationships across grassroots and grasstops
• Connect individuals looking to build the next generation of leaders
• Foster an environment for gratitude, hope, and authenticity

What It's *NOT*:

• All sunshine and roses recap of progress
• Overly vague visions and mindsets
• Perspectives that focus on individualism and are disconnected from systemic issues

Format: 90 mins, in person, 6:00-8:00

• 10 min: Attendees arrive & mingle
• 20 min: Welcome, agreements, & intros
• 40 min: Fireside chat with Q&A
• 30 min: Small group activities
• 20 min: Close & networking
