Downtown RISE: Community Update Session

Join us for a community engagement session on RISE! You will hear updates on the strategic action plan implementation and release of the masterplan.

To continue designing and envisioning a Downtown that is thriving, inclusive, and made for all of Baltimore, we need to hear from you, the community.
