Cultural Movement at HudCo: A Wellness & Community Experience

Join us for a day that blends movement, connection, and productivity—all in one space. This unique event offers a day pass to work at HudCo, providing a welcoming environment to focus, collaborate, and connect with like-minded individuals. Then, we shift into an evening movement session at 5:30 PM, where we celebrate cultural expression through dance and wellness.
All are welcome, including allies who seek to engage in movement and cultural exchange with respect and intentionality. Come for the productivity, stay for the connection, and move with purpose.
Designed as a space for Black and Brown professionals, creatives, and entrepreneurs, this event fosters community, support, and empowerment through shared movement. Each month, a different instructor will lead the class—rotating between styles like Power Soca, Zumba, and more, creating an immersive and energizing experience.
Meet your Instructor, Fabienne Beard-Wright
An esteemed cultural movement specialist and the driving force behind Lift Off Special Programming, Inc. With a deep-rooted passion for dance and education, Fabienne has committed her life to empowering others through the arts, providing valuable resources, and fostering creative growth. In recent years, she has shifted her focus to dance cardio fitness for adults, highlighting the significance of joy and personal connection in movement.
