Cultural Immersion Training (Block 2) - November 2024

Center Leaders have a great responsibility to grow the business and execute all TLE standards. Successful Center Leaders are those who early in their TLE journey, learn the standards and are immersed in TLE culture.

For all new Center Leaders (in the position for 90 days or less) there is a required class at TLE World Headquarters. Block 2 is our Cultural Immersion Training designed for new Center Leaders and will be hosted every other month.

This amazing experience will take place in the span of 5 full training days. Center Leaders will be infused with information from Talent, Marketing, Operations, and Curriculum. We will be using the Block 2 Guide for each day and presentation.

Who Should Attend?

Center Leaders in position for 90 days or less

Center Leaders that have not attended Lead 3

Center Leaders that completed Block 1

Key Information:·

This session will be held the week of November 11-15, 2024.

Training will be Monday—Friday, with a daily schedule of 9:00 AM— 5:30 PM.

Two airports are within 30 minutes of TLE Headquarters — Ft. Lauderdale International and Palm Beach International.

Cultural Immersion Training is an investment to kick-off your Center Leader's TLE journey in an impactful way.
