Cultivating Silence From Within: A Meditation Retreat with Amit Roy

Please bring your own lunch AND a notepad/pen

This will be a day spent cultivating inner stillness and silence.

The day will include guided sitting meditation, walking meditation, mindful movement, a journal exercise, and reflections to help access this dimension of stillness that lives within each of us.

This retreat is suitable for both beginners as an introduction to meditation and for more experienced practitioners who would like to deepen their practice.

The day will close with discussion and Q&A.

Please be considerate to others and do not attend if you are sick.
