Cultivating Resilience: An Evening Retreat for Agriculture Workers
About this Event
Farming is a profound labor of love, but the physical and mental demands of the land can easily lead to burnout. Together, we will step back from the fields at the end of the day to focus on your well-being.
Hosted at Hilltop Hanover Farm & Environmental Center, this evening offers a dedicated space to ease weary muscles, quiet an "always on" mind, and connect with peers who share your passion for sustainable earth stewardship. Explore nature-based mindfulness practices that cultivate calm, physical renewal, and inner nourishment as the sun goes down. Whether you are a farm owner, field manager, or dedicated crew member, this short retreat offers the deep rest you need to reinvigorate your body, mind, and connection to your work.
