Cultivating Gratitude: An Evening Workshop
About this Event
This workshop offers a framework for understanding, experiencing, and developing gratitude — but more than anything, it's a direct immersion into three powerful gratitude practices.
You'll take part in a guided meditation that moves gratitude through the body, a relational exercise that surfaces gratitude you didn't know was there, and a heartfelt writing practice exploring some of gratitude's deepest sources.
Along the way, we’ll explore a striking convergence between the core Buddhist teaching on gratitude and one of contemporary psychology’s best-studied practices.
Come ready to feel connected, uplifted, and equipped with practices you can carry with you long after the evening ends.
All backgrounds and experience levels welcome.
