Cultivating Calm: A Day Retreat for Women

Join us for a restorative day-long retreat that blends enneagram, breathwork, and sound healing, designed to help you understand common stress patterns and ways to better support your nervous system and overall wellbeing.
We invite you to step out of your everyday routine and unwind in a nurturing environment with like-minded women who value renewal, growth, and self-discovery in a supportive community.
As stress quietly accumulates, what once felt manageable may begin to feel constant- showing up as mental fatigue, heightened emotions, or tension in the body. We may begin to judge how we show up for others and, eventually, turn that same judgment toward ourselves.
Cultivating Calm offers a full day to step out of that disconcerting rhythm and judgment. This restorative experience creates space to slow down, gently unwind, and reconnect with your own inner steadiness.

Your Guides:
Kate Jackson - As a Stage 4 cancer survivor, Kate came to understand the powerful connection between stress, inflammation, and long-term health. Learning to listen to her body and engage with it became essential to her healing, and why she uses sound in her work. Kate is an Integrative Health and Wellness Coach, a Sound Healing Practitioner and Enneagram Teacher
Kim Lovejoy - As an empath, Kim often felt overwhelmed in the world and her own body. Her healing journey began as she discovered body-based modalities that helped her regulate her nervous system, allowing her to embrace, rather than suppress, her empathetic gifts. Kim is a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, Breathwork Facilitator and Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
Patty Nelson - Living with autoimmune disease, Patty discovered how chronic stress impacts the body and how learning to regulate her nervous system became a turning point in reclaiming her health and wellbeing. Patty is an Integrative Health and Wellness Coach, an Enneagram Practitioner, and a Circle Facilitator.
A light, nourishing lunch will be provided.
