Join me for an immersive journey into Ostara, the Spring Equinox. A sacred threshold moment in the year when day and night stand in perfect balance and the Earth begins to awaken.
This seasonal workshop offers space to slow down, tune in, and gently realign body, mind, and spirit through yoga, ritual, symbolism, and seasonal reflection.
Ostara marks the true beginning of spring. It is a time of renewal, rebirth, and emergence, when the returning light warms the soil and new life stirs beneath the surface. This festival honours balance, possibility, and the quiet courage it takes to begin again.
Through carefully guided practices, we’ll explore the chakra system, the subtle energy centres that support our physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing and how working with them can help restore harmony and inner balance.
The session will include a blend of:
*mindful movement and yoga postures
*breathwork
*gentle energy practices
*sound and vibration
*guided visualisation
*deep rest and integration
All offered in a way that is grounded, accessible, and experiential, rather than theoretical.
We’ll also lightly weave in reflections from the March New Moon, a time associated with intuition, release, and inner listening, -allowing space to sense what is completing, and what is quietly ready to emerge.
