Participants will plant seedlings as a symbolic representation of their intentions. The workshop will cover techniques for energetically setting intentions, sowing seeds, cultivating presence, listening to intuition, and establishing a strong foundation for new growth.

Participants will learn how to care for their seedlings, reflecting the symbiotic relationship between plant care and personal growth.

This workshop will be held by Brock of Let Them Grow, a Toronto-based non-profit focused on sharing the positive and healing impact of plants and nature with BIPOC Queer folks.
