About this Event

CULTIVATE CONFERENCE

Restoring Culture. Rebuilding Community. Cultivating Healthier Systems.

The Cultivate Conference is a two-day gathering designed to equip leaders, organizations, institutions, and community members who are committed to building safer and healthier communities.

This is not just another conference.

It is a call to cultivate safer and healthier communities for families, neighborhoods, institutions, and systems.

Across our cities we see the symptoms of broken culture: violence, division, disconnection, and lack of opportunity. But we also know that when leaders and communities come together with shared purpose, real change is possible.

The Cultivate Conference brings together leaders from community organizations, education systems, faith communities, justice systems, public health, businesses, philanthropists, and civic leadership to explore how collaboration can restore culture and strengthen communities.

What We Will Explore

Over two impactful days we will explore:

  • Community violence prevention and intervention
  • Building restorative ecosystems across systems
  • Strengthening families and neighborhoods
  • Addressing trauma and improving well-being
  • Workforce development and economic empowerment
  • Career pathways that connect individuals to meaningful employment
  • Industry-aligned workforce training that prepares participants for real job opportunities
  • Cross-sector partnerships that lead to real outcomes
  • Practical strategies for sustainable community change

This gathering is for anyone who believes that community transformation requires collaboration, leadership, and intentional action.

Why “Cultivate”?

Cultivation requires patience, intentionality, and stewardship.

Just as farmers cultivate soil so healthy crops can grow, communities must cultivate the conditions that allow people and institutions to thrive.

That means creating environments where:

  • Families are supported
  • Youth have opportunities and mentorship
  • Neighborhoods are safer
  • Institutions work together
  • Community leaders collaborate for long-term change

The Cultivate Conference focuses on how to build those conditions together.
