If you have ever wished fitness felt less like a routine and more like a festival, this one might be worth showing up for. The cult Fitness Carnival is designed as a day-long celebration of movement, bringing together workouts, conversations and interactive experiences under one roof.
Whether you are trying fitness for the first time, getting back into it, or already training regularly, the idea is simple. Show up, try something new, and have fun doing it.
What’s happening there?
Expect a packed schedule of sessions across the venue. One of the highlights is the cult UNBOUND Championship, a fitness challenge that tests strength and endurance. Alongside this, there will be panel discussions featuring well known voices from the fitness community.
The carnival will also feature multiple interactive zones with brand activations, product sampling and hands-on experiences, so you can explore new wellness products, recovery tools and training styles as you move through the space.
Star sessions:
The line-up includes several celebrity-led workshops and group sessions. These include a yoga session with Malaika Arora, Mat Pilates with celebrity Pilates instructor Yasmin Karachiwala, a Strength Masterclass with cult co-founder Rishabh Telang, a Dance Fitness Party led by Shwetambari Shetty, and a total body strength session with popular fitness influencer Raj Ganpath etc.
Beyond these, the programme includes sessions like coffee mixology, art reset and shadow yoga. The idea is to show that movement can take many forms and fitness does not have to look the same for everyone.
