REGISTRATION:
Pre-registration is preferred but not required. You must have an ACL profile completed to play in this event. To create your profile visit this link:

You do not have to have a paid membership. You just have to have at least a free membership profile created to play.
TO PRE-REGISTER (PREFERRED): Go to your ACL Players App>>then Events Registration>>then Regional Event Registration>>Search my name ROBERT HADDIX as the director to view my tournaments>>Click Register Now and follow the steps.
Pre-registration will be open Saturday, February 15th for all players. Pre-registration ends Friday, February 28th and from there you will have to do walk-up registration. No extra fee for walk up registration this season.
Walk-up registration for Junior, Senior, and Women’s Singles will begin at 10:15AM and ends at 10:45AM on the day of the event. BYOP Doubles walk-up registration starts at 11am and ends at 12pm sharp so bags can fly at 12:30PM. Walk-up registration for Singles will be open once all BYOP Doubles are underway. Please don’t wait until you have lost out of Doubles to come register for singles. Must have a valid email address to register/create a profile.
**IMPORTANT** If you need any help with any of the above just contact ROBERT HADDIX on Facebook messenger for help. We can also assist at our Thursday Night Cornhole at The Refuge Church in Cullman. REFUND is available for any reason before the start of the tournament. Just shoot me a message or let me know.
EVENTS AND FEES:
$5 cash door fee for all players for use of the facility (supports The Refuge Church Youth & Missions)
Your skill level division is set in your ACL account based off how you setup your account originally, and then raises based off your PPR as you improve in the game.
*Junior’s, Senior’s, and Women’s Singles: Starts at 10:50AM. The entry fee is $10. This is for local points if 6 or more players in any event. (Subject to cancellation if not at least 2-3 entries)
*OPEN DIVISION DOUBLES EVENT: Starts at 12:30PM. The entry fee is $50 per 2 person BYOP team ($10 off entry fee for each Gold, Platinum, or Diamond member).
*COMPETITIVE DIVISION DOUBLES EVENT: Starts at 12:30PM. The entry fee is $50 per 2 person BYOP team ($10 off entry fee for each Gold, Platinum, or Diamond member). If less than 6 teams register in any division, divisions may get combined per ACL rules.
*INTERMEDIATE DIVISION DOUBLES EVENT: Starts at 12:30PM. The entry fee is $40 per 2 person BYOP team ($10 off entry fee for each Gold, Platinum, or Diamond member). If less than 6 teams register in any division, divisions may get combined per ACL rules.
NOTE: You do not have to have a paid membership to play, but if you do not have at least a Gold membership your entry fee for singles and doubles will be higher than those players with at least Gold membership as noted directly above this sentence.
*OPEN DIVISION SINGLES EVENT: Starts after the completion of open doubles tournament typically around 3PM. The entry fee is $30 per person. ($10 off entry fee for Gold, Platinum, or Diamond members)
*COMPETITIVE DIVISION SINGLES EVENT: Starts after the completion of competitive doubles tournament typically around 3PM. The entry fee is $30 per person. ($10 off entry fee for Gold, Platinum, or Diamond members) If less than 6 players register in any division, divisions may get combined per ACL rules.
*INTERMEDIATE DIVISION SINGLES EVENT: Starts after the completion of intermediate doubles tournament typically around 3PM. The entry fee is $20 per person. ($10 off entry fee for Gold, Platinum, or Diamond members) If less than 6 players register in any division, divisions may get combined per ACL rules.
NOTE: You do not have to have a paid membership to play, but if you do not have at least a Gold membership your entry fee for singles and doubles will be higher than those players with at least Gold membership as noted directly above this sentence.

PAYOUTS:
*Payouts may be cash and/or paid out through the ACL wallet.
*Payouts are as follows for all divisions...
-Intermediate (50%)
-Competitive (70%)
-Advanced (80%)
PARTICIPATION IN THESE EVENTS WILL EARN YOU ACL REGIONAL POINTS!
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
No Alcohol is allowed at this venue. Coolers with non-alcoholic beverages are allowed. Smoking and vaping are only allowed outside away from the doorways by the smoking ashtray bucket. Foul language is also not allowed at the church.
ACL points events require the use of approved ACL bags from the ACL approved bag list found at www.iplayacl.com. These bags must have an ACL stamp 2023, 2024, or 2025.
