A Beginner"s Guide
In this workshop, each participant will receive the mushrooming without
fear book.
We will discuss different groups of edible mushrooms that are easy to identify
and delicious to eat, chanterelles, black trumpets, hen of the woods, boletes, old man of the woods, shitake, oyster. morels, lion's mane to name a few.
Topics will include cooking, freezing and drying mushrooms
We end the class with a delicious mushroom tasting.
