Join us at the Summerside Shipyard for great company, amazing food and breathtaking scenery as we kick things off in style for the 2026 Raceway Days Presented by Summerside Lobster Carnival.
Guests will be welcomed with a raw bar experience featuring a freshly shucked oyster station and mussel station, accompanied by background music and full bar service upon arrival. The evening will begin with a few short opening remarks and speeches, followed by a brief seafood presentation to set the tone for the night.
The Dinner Experience:
Dinner will be served harvest-table style, creating a warm, communal Island atmosphere.
Starter: A cup of our house seafood chowder
Main Course: Market lobster (alternative: 8 oz striploin steak);
Cole slaw, potato salad, and fresh rolls will be placed on the tables to share
Dessert: Classic strawberry shortcake
Bar service available at an additional cost.
