Celebrate the art of wild-inspired mixology at our Culinary Cocktail Tasting on the patio.
This immersive tasting explores how garden-grown ingredients and foraging techniques can transform cocktails into something truly memorable. You’ll be guided through four unique approaches to cocktail-making using herbs, fruits, shrubs, fat-washing, and tinctures, each paired with a seasonal small plate from our kitchen.
The evening includes a welcome cocktail, four thoughtfully crafted pairings, and a tincture kit to continue your cocktail creations at home.
