Join us for a fun and delicious evening where you will learn to make two delicious and healthy winter "gratin" dishes: a Parmigiana dish (a superb combination of eggplant, tomato, and Parmesan cheese), and a Bechamel au Gratin, involving potatoes and zucchinis in a creamy Bechamel sauce - with French Pastry Chef Sandrine Wallace!

Our experienced chef will guide you through the process step by step, so don't worry if you're not a pro in the kitchen. This event is perfect for food lovers looking to expand their culinary skills and meet new people who share the same passion for cooking. Come hungry and ready to learn!
