In this hands-on class we continue our lesson from Fresh Pasta 101! Attendees will learn how to infuse their pasta dough with various flavors such as spinach and herbs. We will also hand form farfalle (bowtie) pasta shapes. Last, students will learn how to make gnocchi from scratch using traditional tools and methods.
