Join Leo, owner of Tiger Dumplings & Little Tiger Dumplings for an interactive dumpling-making class for an interactive dumpling-making class featuring a guided tasting and hands-on culinary experience. During the class, you’ll:
- Enjoy a tasting of Little Tiger Dumplings favorites, including scallion pancakes, crab cream cheese rangoons, and Chengdu spicy wontons
- Prep fresh ingredients for your dumpling filling
- Create your own custom filling with meat, vegetables, or a combination of both
- Learn how to wrap 12 dumplings using a variety of styles, including triangular, crescent, and pleated folds
- Choose to have your dumplings boiled or pan-fried, then enjoy your handmade creations
- Sip on a 16oz boba tea from a selection of flavors
- Take home 12 extra dumpling wrappers to continue practicing at home
