This hands-on culinary camp is designed for teens who are ready to move beyond the basics and build real kitchen confidence. Students will work in a fast-paced, supportive environment while learning more advanced techniques and creating elevated dishes from scratch.
Each day focuses on developing practical skills, improving independence in the kitchen, and understanding how to prepare more complex meals.
What to Expect:
-Hands-on cooking every day
-More advanced recipes and techniques
-Knife skills and kitchen efficiency
-Greater independence in food preparation
-Real-world cooking skills teens can use at home
-Students will take home the dishes they prepare each day.
