Learn about the origins of matcha tea and explore a variety of brewing techniques, including traditional hot preparation and refreshing cold-water methods — using premium ceremonial grade matcha. We'll also get creative with matcha-based drinks, from iced lattes to cold foam creations, and even homemade sweeteners crafted from scratch.
Each attendee will take home a 60g tin of ceremonial grade matcha, along with a complete brewing kit (a $39 value) included with registration.
