Our Teen Culinary Adventure Camp is a hands-on, high-energy week designed for aspiring young chefs who want to build real kitchen skills while having fun. Over five flavor-packed days, campers explore different core ingredients, learning techniques, safety, and creativity along the way. These camps are open to anyone ages 11-18.
Monday (Vegetables): Mastering knife skills, roasting, and sautéing with seasonal produce.
Tuesday (Eggs): Exploring the science of precision cooking, from omelets to Hollandaise.
Wednesday (Fish): Learning to select, prep, and pan-sear seafood with light sauces.
Thursday (Chicken): Elevating everyday favorites through braising, roasting, and seasoning.
Friday (Beef): Mastering searing techniques, doneness levels, and pan sauces.
