Join us at Culinarium and learn the art of salami-making from the experts! Under the guidance of renowned Chef Luciano, you’ll experience traditional Italian techniques and secrets to crafting the perfect salami. During this hands-on class, you’ll learn the ins and outs of pork butchery and mincing, as well as how to properly fill, ferment, and dry your salami. By the end of the class, you’ll have made your very own salami, weighing approximately 1 pound.

After the curing process is complete (roughly 9-12 weeks), we’ll ship your creation straight to your door, so you can enjoy the fruits of your labor at home. Our class at Culinarium is limited to a maximum of 16 participants, ensuring a personalized and intimate experience. Program:

10:00 am: As you step into our workshop, the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and sweet orange juice fills the air. Enjoy a warm welcome with our signature Torta.
10:30 am: Let Chef Luciano guide you on a journey through the art of making salami. Learn the secrets of cutting, mincing, and mixing the finest meat from our local farms.
12:00 pm: Take a break and indulge in a light lunch of penne with savory tomato sauce and a side of fresh salad.
1:00 pm: It’s time to put your new skills to the test as you stuff your own salami. With Chef Luciano’s guidance, create your very own masterpiece. As the class comes to an end, savor the satisfaction of creating your own delicious salami.

  • Wine, beer, mixed, and soft drinks will be available for purchase on-site. Feel free to bring your own wine for a small fee of $15.
