Nestled among the peaceful pastures of Mini Mitten Acres, this unique experience begins with a grounding indoor sound bath—a deeply restorative journey using crystal bowls and soothing tones designed to melt away stress, calm your nervous system, and open your heart.

After the sound bath, the healing continues as you’re invited to cuddle and connect with the farm’s beloved mini Highland cows—gentle, curious, and incredibly fluffy. These sweet animals are known for their calming energy and make the perfect companions for a morning of mindful joy.

What’s Included:
✔️ Guided indoor sound bath
✔️ 1:1 time with the mini Highland cows—petting, brushing, cuddling

Bring a yoga mat, cozy blankets and a pillow. Leave with a full heart, cute cow selfies and maybe a little cow hair on your clothes (worth it). 🐮

**Please note, the sound bath will be held in the barn that is only heated to 60 degrees so please dress appropriately and don't forget your blanket!
