These evenings are built on the same heart as before: a safe, non-sexual, non-performative space where we slow down, land in the body, and explore gentle human connection.
Each gathering begins with grounding and a short introduction to consent and boundaries, so everyone can feel clear and safe. From there, we open into the familiar cuddle puddle – a soft space for resting, leaning, holding, being held, or simply being close in your own way. Touch is always by choice. Everything is optional.
Whether you come to be held, to offer presence, or just to lie quietly in the shared field, you are welcome exactly as you are.
Limited to 20 participants
To create a more gender-balanced space, we are introducing divided tickets this time. This does not mean we are aiming for equal numbers across genders, but rather to create a sense of balance.

– A soft landing with meditation and grounding
– Simple consent-based practices
– Optional contact improvisation
– A space to give and receive cuddles, or simply rest nearby
– A non-verbal zone for deeper connection

About the Facilitator
Thomas is a certified Gestalt therapist, drama teacher, and curious human who’s passionate about creating safe spaces for people to explore connection, emotion, and presence. He brings years of experience from both therapeutic and creative settings, with a special focus on emotional awareness, consent, and embodied communication. Thomas holds space with warmth, clarity, and a deep respect for boundaries.
