Come learn Cuban salsa with us! It's upbeat, dynamic, and a great excuse to get out of the house on a Wednesday night. Whether you've always wanted to dance or you're just looking for something exciting to do, we'd love to have you.
✨ In class you'll learn:
• Authentic Cuban salsa fundamentals
• Interactive partner dancing (we rotate partners throughout class)
• How to move to tropical Cuban music
• Essential party skills to share with your new party buddies
This class is for you if:
• You've always wanted to try salsa dancing
• You're looking for a fun way to stay active
• You'd like to meet new people
• You have two left feet (seriously, that's where everyone starts)
• You want more mental resilience and social connectedness
