Cuban Intensive Bootcamp✧ For ladies that want to bring their Salsa/Mambo danceskills and interpretation to the next level of musicality and expression (because there is no Salsa without mastering
afro-cuban rhythms :) )
✧ In this bootcamp You will learn the genres
Rumba Guaguancó, Son Cubano, Casino and HOW to incorporate these sytles into Your SOCIAL DANCE
✧ In this spring edition we will focus especially on RUMBA GUAGUANCÓ as this genre is a great way to enhance your overall body plasticity and to enrich your dancing impros
✧ A bootcamp that teaches You both - the different cuban dances and rhythms and gives You space to learn the historical backround of each genre and practice intensively
✧ You will be prepared to bring Your SOCIAL DANCING & COMMUNICATION IN DANCE to a more embodied level that suits Your UNIQUENESS
✧ You will learn afro-cuban bodymovement techniques that enhance the natural esthetics in each of Your movements
✧ we will complete the bootcamp with a choreo that will help You to memorize the practical part of the bootcamp
✧ Photos & Videos will be taken for the purpose of demonstration, later exercising & advertisement
What You will need:
✧ comfy outfit that allows You to move freely and yet feels sensual & confident
✧ dancing shoes for later (we train first in socks or barefooted)
✧ a towel
✧ Snacks & Water
✧ please make sure to be already dressed in Your bootcamp-outfit and have Your outfit changed by the closure of our bootcamp :)
