High-Parameter Cytometry for Deep Immune Phenotyping and Functional Profiling
Join us for some great talks and good discussion over lunch as we spend the day exploring what’s possible with mass cytometry. Using CyTOF™ technology, researchers can measure 50-plus protein markers simultaneously at the single-cell level, combining deep immune phenotyping with functional readouts such as cytokines, activation, immune checkpoints, signaling and cytotoxicity. We’ll highlight practical applications across basic, translational and clinical research, including how high-parameter panels, sample multiplexing and streamlined workflows can help uncover rare cell populations, mechanisms of action and biomarkers that may be missed with conventional cytometry.
