We’re bringing the sounds of SZA to the mat for a Pilates Sculpt experience inspired by one of R&B’s most loved artists. From CTRL to SOS, get ready to move through your favorite SZA tracks while challenging your body in all the right ways.
Expect 45 minutes of classical mat Pilates, sculpt movements, and a few cardio bursts designed to strengthen your core, build endurance, and leave you feeling stronger than when you walked in.
Whether you’re new to Pilates or you’ve been on the mat for a while, this class is for you. Come ready to move, sing along, and feel every burn!

• Bring your own mat, grip socks (required), and water.
• Please arrive early to check in and get settled. Class begins promptly at 10AM. No late entry permitted.
• Photos and videos may be captured during class for 32 Fitness social media and promotional content.
